2018 Christmas and 2019 New Year holidays:

We are taking a short break. All orders placed between Boxing Day and 11 Jan will be dispatched on 14 Jan 2019. In the mean time, use HOLIDAY25 for 25% off your entire order.

All orders will be sent via Australia Post satchels. We offer complimentary shipping for all orders over $300 AUD, with a flat rate of $10 for any orders below this amount. We also offer express domestic shipping via Australia Post which offers next day delivery for metropolitan areas and 2 days for rural areas. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a delivery slip may be left for you to indicating your package has been left at your local post office. 


We offer complimentary shipping for all international orders $500 AUD and above and flat rates as follows for any orders below that amount:

New Zealand: Flat rate of $20 AUD
Rest of the world: Flat rate of $30 AUD

Please note: Orders shipped internationally may incur additional fee’s & duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes of other fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties & taxes applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund.




We accept product returns provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Any full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days all sales are final.

To complete a return, you must first email to notify us that you wish to return or exchange your order. You will then be emailed instructions on how to return your package, and what information is required. 

Returns must be shipped within three business days of receiving return authorisation. Any return shipping is done at your own expense, and must be sent via a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Interval takes no responsibility for lost incoming deliveries without trackable proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, and if you are exchanging for an alternative item then a flat rate of $10 for return shipping will be applied.

For International returns you must mark on the postal company’s consignment ‘Returned Goods’ to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes.

Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.

Sale items and sample sale items are final sale, therefore we do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items. Items purchased with a promotion or discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Items purchased using store credit are final sale. 

Interval Apparel reserves the right to question or deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.

Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer’s original payment (PayPal/Visa/Mastercard). Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process once your return item(s) arrive back at our studio.

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on earrings, therefore all earring sales are final.
